The warmth of the sunΒ 
The breeze on your faceΒ 
Rain. It has its own unique smellΒ 
Feels like tiny punches when it landsΒ 
Wherever you areΒ 
There is beauty and wonder aboutΒ 
Even if seemingly insignificantΒ 
A smell, a color, a sight, a feelΒ 
There is always something to appreciateΒ 
Like cool grass under bare feetΒ

Considerations beyond the bound of tale,
the struggle to survive as soul cannot fail.
Emotional depth of sea that inspire,
trusting matters of the experiences dire.
Epic psychology and its dilemma,
Cyclopes and Hydras forever.
The story of love that waits,
mutual recognition and opening,
the golden gates.

Ode to the Tree [a poem]

So proud and complete the magnificent tree,
with dauntless resolve to remain truly free.
Directed, strengthened, creations sure dye,
reaching and spreading to mature in the sky.

Like thoughtful mankind, you search for pure light,
bound to the earth, your leaves take to flight.
Majestic, serene… though ever unseeing,
over all man and beast, yet having no being.
