The Find.
I search amongst the trees.
Hollow voices, rusting chimes
haunt my thoughts beneath.
Shadows bared by waters of black
reveal a conscience frayed.
Silken hope, luminous,
I departΒ to its embrace.

β’
Florid embrace of a fragrant breeze
caresses against her skin.
Starlight waltzing mesmerize
over shadows of fading sun.
An ember kiss, soft aglow
a breath of winter’s song.
Captivated, lingering-
A tranquil heart stirs.
β’
Crescent beauty shaped by night
painting serenity that mystifies.
Eclipsed over meandering tears,
we roam amongst the trees-
a tranquil thought,
a troubled mind freed.
Tomorrow’s song,Β its rising morn-
Β a promise to dawn’s wider seas.
β’
Desperation.
Driven by disease
more clever than our hands,
you elude our grasp.
Come back.
Poison,
fighting forΒ the soul
courses through your veins,
while the dusk
consumes the mind
of your decay.
Do you hear me calling?
Forsaken by a beast deceiving,
your breaths remainsΒ unmarred.
Spared by fiendish mercy,
your heart beats
undisturbed beneath the curtain
of aΒ vacant shell.
I know you hear me calling.
I know you’re still there.
Perhaps our love will bring you back.
Come back to us.
